A: HyperFlyz is the newest design of Poi. They are faster, lighter and more aerodynamic then the old poi design.
A: No really. HyperFlyz is easy as skipping rope or juggling one ball. It just takes a little practice, usually takes a while to strength your weaker left arm (or right arm if you are right handed.) After a week or two you'll have learned the basic moves.
A: Some people are naturals! So don't be surprised if it comes easily. You will learn the basic moves in a day or two or a few hours. It will probably take 1-2 years to a liftetime to master the all the variation of tricks.

A: The best way to learn is to read the booklet and practice practice practice. Twirl with others so you can share knowledge. You can practice in front of a mirror or glass building and with music, that helps too
A: Hyper spinning encourages rightleft brain activity. Which may explain why it is a relaxing activity for many people.
A: Yes they can do the same tricks. In fact Hyperflyz can do more and different tricks becasue they are so light weight.
A: Yes as long as you keep you whole arms moving not just your wrists. You could also spin while jogging!
A: No, kids love HyperFlyz! But adult supervision is recommended.
